Delivery and Returns Policy

At this time shipping is limited to the UK however please contact us if international delivery is something you require and we will try to accommodate you.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £60 throughout the UK.

Orders within the UK below £60 are charged at a flat rate of £4.50.

We are able to offer a delivery service in the local area. This is within a 10 mile radius of BT66 7EB. This is charged at £3. Please select local delivery at checkout.

All items are inspected and photographed before being sent out.

Signed for delivery with a tracking number is used for all items. 

 You have the right to return your order. To do so please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can give you a return reference number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns are at the buyers expense and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged whilst on their way to us.

Items returned must be in saleable condition, unworn with all original tags intact and any accessories, packaging or hangers that came with the item.

We will inspect the goods on their return and refund you within 14 days. We are unable to accept responsibility for refund processing times as they may vary depending on your bank.
